Staging Solutions understand that each home is different
when it comes to size, style, neighborhood trends and
budget, so it makes sense to offer a number of services
to assist the home owner to make a great impression when
selling their home.
We offer the following services with this in mind.
Free Consultation
We will discuss your goals, expectations and time frame.
We will go over our home staging services & process and
show you examples of our work to give you an idea of our
personal style. We can demonstrate a transformation to a
small room, giving you another visual. With your
permission we will take lots of photos’ of the home, as
well as gather those all-important “First Impressions”
as a buyer would have done.
Once we have all information to hand we will send you an
estimate as quickly as possible.
Staging to Sell Advisory
Service from $150.00:
This service is for the ‘DIY’ enthusiasts!
Once we have walked through your property, we will
advise you on how you can show off your
home to its best advantage, giving you lots of tips and
advice to enable you to carry out a staging enhancement
yourself. This also includes new color schemes if
necessary
A Color Advisory Service from $100.00:
Choosing a new color scheme can sometimes be
overwhelming when there are so many other factors to
consider. With our experience we can help you achieve a
look that will appeal to many and serve as an attractive
backdrop to your furnishings, whatever the weather!
Enhancement Staging (to sell) or Redesign Service from
$500.00
This is a ‘hand’s on’ service, where your existing
furnishings are shown off to their best advantage or
stored away to create maximum space impact... We also
include an immediate action plan with recommendations
for de-cluttering and depersonalizing. We can also
recommend new colors and suggestions for simple cosmetic
updates if necessary as well as complete the look with
well chosen accessories.
Vacant House – Staging Service from $1800 (2 months)
Staging Solutions will work with furniture rental
companies to create the most appealing look for your
space. This includes accessories, design service,
delivery & pick up fee.
A Garden Design Service from $200.00:
We will plan a basic garden scheme to appeal to the masses or
to suit your lifestyle. This will include plant and
furnishing suggestions.
We also consider overall shape & size, color schemes, textures,
scents and seasonal planting.
We can also purchase and plant at an additional cost.
